SABRINA SATURNO
She has been working for twenty years in the dance industry with a career spanning choreography, pedagogy and artistic direction. She founded and directs the Saturno Professional Dance Center & Saturno Dance Productions.
She started studying ballet (Vaganova method) and she specialized in Modern Dance and Post-Modern Dance techniques at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London and Codarts in Rotterdam.
She graduated in France, obtaining the “Diplôme d'Etat de professeur de danse contemporaine” recognised by the French Ministry of Culture.
As a teacher, she collaborates with training centers, dance high schools and choreographic centers in France, England, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy, leading masterclasses and choreographic creations.
As a choreographer, she creates and produces choreographies for theatres, music industry, commercial and large-scale entertainment productions. Her creative vision blends contemporary dance with immersive sounds and atmospheres, French, English, and Italian background to create profound, high-impact experiences.
She has created and directed shows, festivals and international events. Among the projects dedicated to promoting contemporary dance in Italy, she is the director of the "Contemporary Dance Education," involving artists and teachers from various European contexts. She created "Contemporary Dance Modus," dedicated to promoting American Modern Dance techniques in Italy.
Alongside her dance career, she graduated from the University of Florence with a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures and a Master's Degree in European and American Languages and Literatures. She's a professor at the Ministry of Education (Italy).
